SS304 VS SS316 Raw Material Feature Split

1. SUS304 (06Cr19Ni10) 200 Mesh Wire Mesh

Contains 18% Chromium & 8% Nickel composition, ideal for general weak acid, alkaline and atmospheric working conditions. Food-safe compliant, cost-effective option for grain storage ventilation, conventional water filtration and general machinery protection. Not recommended for continuous service in chloride-rich environments like seawater and salt spray working conditions, where corrosion risk rises significantly.

2. SUS316 (06Cr17Ni12Mo2) 200 Mesh Wire Mesh

Added 2%~3% Molybdenum element to alloy formula, improving chloride corrosion resistance by nearly 50% vs standard 304 grade. Suitable for marine filtration, pharmaceutical liquid separation, petrochemical oil filtering and sewage treatment with high salt content. Available in 316L low-carbon variant for post-welding anti-crystalline corrosion requirements of customized filter discs and cylindrical filter elements.

New Energy Lithium Industry: Ultrasonic vibrating screen for positive/negative electrode powder sieving (40~325mesh matching, our 200mesh widely used for fine powder classification of lithium iron phosphate raw material);

Food Processing: Edible wine, fruit pulp, syrup impurity removal, grain depot ventilation punching matching mesh accessory;
