Custom Sintered Metal Mesh | OEM ODM Sintered Screen for Industrial Filtration

Unlike conventional single-layer woven wire mesh, our tailor-made sintered metal mesh is fabricated via precision layer stacking + vacuum high-temperature diffusion sintering instead of simple welding. DXR’s custom sintered mesh solutions are engineered per clients’ unique filtration challenges from micron precision, working pressure, temperature range to installation dimensions. We adjust mesh layers (2–8 layers optional, not limited to standard 5-layer design of peer factories), alloy grades and forming shapes to match diverse harsh industrial working conditions, delivering stable surface filtration performance with anti-block and backwash regenerative features unavailable from ordinary perforated or crimped mesh.

We support full custom alloy selection beyond regular SS304/316L, grouped into 4 customized material series for different corrosive & high-temp environments：

Standard Stainless Series: 304/304L,316/316L,904L,310S（General chemical, food & water filtration, ≤450℃ working temp）

Duplex Anti-corrosion Series: 2205,2507 Super Duplex（Brine, seawater, acid-base liquid filtration for offshore oil & desalination）

High-Temp Nickel Alloy Series: Monel400, Hastelloy C276, Inconel600（Strong acid/alkali, 600℃+ high-temperature petrochemical filtration）

Special Light Alloy Series: Pure Titanium & Copper Mesh（Battery electrode, EMI shielding, chlor-alkali industry separation）

Micron Filtration Grade: 1μm ~ 500μm adjustable（custom precision calibration per testing standard）

Layer Configuration: 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 composite layers（break peer fixed 5-layer single option）

Forming Custom Shapes: Flat sheet, round filter disc, cylindrical filter tube, cone strainer, folded pleated cartridge, customized irregular punching panel

Size Range: Max flat blank size up to 1250*2400mm; tube OD from 6mm~600mm, customizable length

Working Condition Customization: Pressure resistance 0.6~22MPa, working temperature -196℃~650℃
