Manufactured via advanced plain/twill/dutch weaving techniques with high-purity conductive raw materials, the flexible mesh retains outstanding bending resilience without breaking wire structure while delivering stable shielding efficiency across 10MHz~12GHz full frequency band.
Unlike rigid shielding panels, our flexible shielding mesh can be curled, die-cut or bonded onto irregular equipment inner walls, cabinet seams and wiring gaps. Supported by our in-house production line built after decades of technical accumulation, we accept full OEM & ODM customization on raw material, mesh count, wire diameter and finished shape, serving global buyers from over 50+ countries worldwide.

We supply multiple conductive metal grades to match different shielding & environmental demands, categorized by conductivity and corrosion resistance:
High-purity Copper Mesh(T2/C11000): 99.9% copper purity, conductivity ≥9.2×10⁷ S/m, top-tier EMI attenuation for 5G communication, electronic chassis shielding; anti-oxidation surface treatment optional
Nickel & Monel Alloy Mesh: superior salt & acid resistance, ideal for marine equipment, outdoor base station shielding under harsh humid environment
Titanium / 316L Stainless Steel Mesh: high temp & chemical erosion resistant, used in petrochemical, medical precision instruments; 304 SS for conventional general electronic shielding
