Every sieve undergoes double dimensional calibration before delivery, complying with global mainstream testing standards including ISO3310-1, ASTM E11 and BS410, breaking the precision bottleneck of ordinary market-grade test sieves. Unlike universal standard sieves from common suppliers, we support full customization on frame thickness, mesh weaving mode and special anti-adhesion surface treatment for extreme working environments.

Each finished test sieve gets laser-etched unique serial number for full production traceability, with aperture tolerance controlled within ±3% per international testing criteria; we adopt CNC numerical weaving equipment instead of traditional hand-woven craft to keep mesh opening uniformity across all batch products, effectively lowering granular testing error for laboratory users.

2. Multi-grade Stainless Material Matching Design

We match frame and screen mesh materials separately based on customer working medium instead of unified stainless configuration:

304 stainless steel combination: for neutral environment, food raw material, general chemical powder testing, cost-effective daily lab use

316/316L duplex stainless: anti-chloride corrosion, saline, acidic pharmaceutical raw material screening, seawater mineral testing

High temp 310S stainless: up to 1100℃ high-temperature drying & screening for metallurgy sintered powder

1. Standard Diameter Sizes & Custom Non-standard Sieve Frames

Standard in-stock frame diameter: φ75mm、φ100mm、φ200mm(8 inch mainstream lab size)、φ300mm; meanwhile we accept irregular customized diameter from φ50mm to φ450mm for special testing equipment matching, frame wall thickness adjustable between 0.8mm–6mm as per customers’ vibration sifter equipment parameters.

Our mesh ranges from coarse 4 mesh (4750μm aperture) up to ultra-fine 635 mesh (20μm ultra-precise sieve), covering coarse ore grading down to nano-level fine chemical powder inspection; Dutch weave & plain/twill three weaving options available for different precision demands。
