Our special grade alloy stainless steel woven wire mesh is tailor-produced from premium 904L super austenitic,310/310S heat-resistant,330 nickel-alloy and 430 ferritic stainless raw materials under ISO9001 quality management standards. Unlike regular 304/316 mesh for general filtration, these special alloy variants are engineered exclusively for extreme working conditions including strong acid corrosion, high-temperature furnace screening and corrosive liquid separation. Available in plain/twill/dutch weave, we support OEM & ODM custom sizes from mesh count 10~1000 mesh per clients’ technical drawings.

Material Grade Core Features

1. 904L(UNS N08904 Super Stainless): High Mo&Cu composition delivers outstanding resistance against dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and mixed organic acid; ideal for chemical wastewater filtration, pickling tank separation equipment.

2. 310/310S（06Cr25Ni20): High chrome-nickel structure sustains continuous working temperature up to 1150℃, anti-oxidation at high heat, widely used in industrial furnace mesh, heat treatment component screening.

3. 330 Alloy Stainless: Unique nickel-chromium formula improves thermal cycling stability, avoids brittle fracture under alternating hot&cold environment, preferred for petrochemical cracking filter elements.

4. 430 Ferritic Stainless: Cost-effective anti-rust performance for dry dust separation, food grain ventilation screen and low-corrosion architectural protection mesh, good formability for punching & deep processing.

Q5: Is 430 stainless mesh suitable for chemical acid filtration?

A: 430 ferritic stainless cannot resist strong acid erosion, it is designed for dry dust filtering, architectural protection and low-humidity non-corrosive screening. For acid working condition, we suggest upgrading to 904L or 310S alloy mesh to avoid premature damage.

Q6: Can you further process mesh into formed parts like filter discs or punched panels?
