We categorize raw stock into three core copper grades: pure red copper(Cu≥99.9%), H65/H70 brass(copper-zinc alloy), phosphor bronze(copper-tin alloy), each variant tailored to distinct industrial working environments rather than unified specification supply.

Three Core Copper Raw Material Options

Pure Red Copper Mesh Screen: 99.9% high-purity electrolytic copper wire, non-magnetic, top-tier conductivity, optimal for precision EMI shielding in lab equipment and server cabinet projects；

H65/H70 Brass Mesh Screen: Cu-Zn alloy, higher tensile strength vs pure copper, golden natural finish, preferred for decorative grille and medium-precision filtration；

Phosphor Bronze Mesh Screen: Cu-Sn composite material, outstanding acid & seawater corrosion resistance, designed for offshore chemical filtration and high-temperature screening working conditions.

Customizable Technical Parameters

Mesh Count: Range from 1 mesh (large aperture coarse screen) up to 400 ultra-fine mesh, covers coarse separation to micron-level precision filtration；

Wire Diameter: Custom adjustable from 0.03mm ultra-thin filament to 6mm thick copper wire based on client’s load requirement；

Roll Width & Length: Standard factory stock in 0.914m/1m width, maximum customized width up to 7.8m; regular roll length 30m, cut-to-length single panel from 0.1m per piece；

Weaving Crafts: Plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave & crimped weave four mainstream techniques, we match weaving method per end-use requirement instead of fixed craft supply.
